Returns Procedure

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery, by email to: clearly stating reason for the return. We will exchange, or alternatively refund or issue a credit note for the purchase price excluding the postage cost. 

Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of delivery and please make sure to include your contact details.

Special Care: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make-up or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation and with all packaging, labels and swing-tags attached.

Purchases can only be refunded to the original credit/debit card used for purchase.

Postage Costs: The postage and return-postage costs are non-refundable unless your product was faulty or sent in error. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund/exchange will not be given until we have received them in a saleable condition. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for postal service and that you retain proof of postage.

Refunds: Please allow 5 working days from our receipt of a return for us to process the refund or exchange, and up to a further 10 days for the refund to clear into your account (this time frame is normally dictated by your bank or card issuer). All refunds are at the original pounds sterling price so we do not accept responsibility for any loss that may occur due to fluctuating foreign exchange rates.

Faulty Goods: If you think your item is faulty or incorrect, please specify this when you contact us. We will then be happy to advise and assist you with your return. We can only replace the item with one of the same size, colour and quality, where possible. We will refund the item if a replacement is unavailable. Please contact: to discuss a faulty item.

Quality Control: All orders are fulfilled with the greatest care and items are deemed to have been sent without fault and are quality controlled before dispatch. We have made every effort to photograph and describe items as close to reality as possible, please bear in mind that monitor colours may vary, and we cannot be held responsible if your display interprets a different colour to the real item. Please contact us to discuss your order if you feel there is a problem, by emailing:

International: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU/EU/EEA please mark the box ‘Returned Goods’. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge is levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you.
